Setup Instructions

Connect Microsoft Account

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Outlook Calendar and click "Connect Microsoft Account". Sign in with your Microsoft credentials.

Grant permissions

Authorize tapioca to access your calendar. We only request the minimum permissions needed for calendar sync.

Select calendars

Choose which Outlook calendars to sync with tapioca. This includes shared calendars you have access to.

Configure sync settings

Set up sync preferences for due dates, time entries, and two-way synchronization.

Troubleshooting

Cannot connect to Microsoft 365

Ensure your organization allows third-party app connections. You may need admin approval.

Shared calendars not appearing

Only calendars you have write access to can be synced for two-way updates.

Events showing wrong timezone

Check your timezone settings in both tapioca and Outlook. They should match for correct scheduling.
